It's a piece of cake! We make a creative birthday party fun and easy. Choose which package is right for you, book your date and party time, and then your Birthday Party Coordinator will connect with you to confirm the details. Let's Party!

​All Party Packages Include
 

  • 2 Hours of Private Museum Party Time + 1 Hour Setup + 1 Hour Cleanup (4 Hours Total)

  • Access to all Creative Play Rooms

  • Entrance for up to 12 children + FREE birthday child    
        * Adults (18+) FREE        
        * 10 months and younger FREE        
        * Additional children are $10 each
        * Maximum 40 people

  • Outside Food & Drinks Welcome

Basic
 Party Package

  • Provide your own decor and setup your decorations in the 1 hour prior to party time.

Deluxe

  • Includes table covers, cups, cutlery, and napkins in Color Palette Selection options along with setup of these items
  • Add your additional decor in the 1 hour prior to party time

Premiere
Party Package

$375

  • 3 Panel solid color backdrops (4ft, 5ft, and 6ft tall)

  • 4 Balloon columns in Color Palette Selection

  • Includes table covers, cups, cutlery, napkins in Color Palette Selection and setup of all items

  • Add any of your additional theme decor

You may arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled party time to add your touches. The Party Coordinator will have already set up table and chairs, and for those who have purchased the Deluxe or Premiere package the Party Coordinator will also be setting up your chosen decorations.

We ask that parents hosting a birthday party help with end of event clean-up. This includes throwing away trash, tidying up activity rooms and removing any items you've provided. Your Party Coordinator will handle the deeper cleaning. There will be a $100 cleaning fee for families that do not help clean up or if you wish to pay the Museum for full clean up.

Booking Policy

  • Birthday parties may be scheduled during non-museum hour party time slots. Need more than 2 hours? You can choose to book the following party time block if it is available for $250.

  • A full party package payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Add on items like additional children or booking an additional time block will be separately invoiced.

  • For Basic or Deluxe party packages, we ask that bookings be made at least one week in advance. For Premier party packages, we ask for at least two weeks in advance. 

  • Trying to book a last minute party? If you are looking to book a party within these booking calendar dates, please reach out via text message to the Party Coordinator, Marissa Prange, at 770-877-1305 to see if we can accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the party date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the party date may either reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability -or- receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the party date may reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability and will not receive any refund.
